Tumbling Class

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Our Level 1 & 2 Tumbling class focuses on developing beginner and advanced level 1 skills (Walkovers, Round offs, Rolls etc.) while preparing athletes to learn handsprings and other level 2 and 3 essentials.

LEVEL 3 +

Tumbling Class

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Level 3 and up class is designed for advanced athletes to master passes and skills from level 3 to level 6 (Tucks, Layout, Fulls, Doubles Etc.)

INTRO TO TUMBLING

Tumbling Class

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Athletes will learn the fundamentals and foundations of tumbling including body shapes, strength and coordination needed to succeed in tumbling related sports.

OPEN GYM

CLASS DESCRIPTION

A great way to work on skills in a semi structured and spotted setting. This low cost class is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

JUMP & FLEX

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Get in the best Jumping shape of your life! This class combines key elements to create speed, strength and flexibility for jumps, stunts and tumbling. From flyers to bases this class is designed to make you the best you can be.
