Tumbling Class Description
All of our classes use a progression based curriculum along with a combination of drills, conditioning spotted tumbling and most importantly FUN! To maximize the skill development rate of every single athlete.
Fast Forward Class:
Front Tumbling to the max! This class is devoted to teaching all of the best front tumbling techniques and skills to beginner and advanced athletes.
FUNdamentals Class (The Basics):
Have a blast while you build The Foundation for great tumbling in this Level 1 Class. Learn the basic skills and shapes necessary to develop into an advanced athlete.
Spring it UP Class (Walkovers and Handsprings):
A Level 2 handspiring class designed to teach athletes body control, speed,and proper shapes for handsprings. This class will also introduce athletes to tuck fundamentals.
Tuck it UP Class (tucks and layouts):
A Fun class designed to teach athletes proper shapes, take off angle and body dynamics for the tuck and layout shapes.
Twisted UP Class:
For athletes looking to start their journey into the world of twisting. This class focuses on the foundation of twisting skills by developing air awareness and individual twisting dynamics with a wide variety of drills and spotting techniques.
Fulling around Class:
Focused on teaching the most advanced twisting skills and passes in a safe and friendly environment. With technique driven drills and hands on corrections.
FlyGirl Flex:
Flexible flying fun for athletes of all skill levels. Improve body positions, jump and tumbling flexibility.
Strength and power:
Improve and Build a strong tumbling foundation with our strength and power classes. designed to develop key muscle groups and get athletes in peak tumbling condition.
